Shipping policy

The customer placed an order for a pre-order item. The product description on the website clearly states that the production time is up to 4 weeks.

The customer placed the order on December 2, and we shipped it two weeks later, on December 16. The item is currently in transit.

The shipping timeline has not been violated. Delivery is being handled according to the terms of the logistics company that is transporting the package.
