RETURNS AND EXCHANGES If you wish to make a return or exchange an item, please make sure it’s done within 14 days from delivery. The returned item must be in its original condition – unused and unaltered – all tags must be attached. Pre orders and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for the return costs.   REFUNDS A refund will be issued on the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return. Additionally, 3 business days are needed to receive the payment. Please note, this is the normal bank procedure and Levan Gvaliia Kyoni has no control over it. The terms stated above have the same meaning as the General Terms and Conditions. SHIPPING Once your order is placed, our customer care team will follow up with an email confirmation. Since our full priced items are Made-To-Order it could take 14 days to finish your order. Items purchased from Sale/Sample sale, could take 3 business days to be shipped. Additional time is needed during the holidays and weekends.   International Shipping Shipping may take up to 7 business days towards all international destinations. Our team provides tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched and will monitor the delivery process. For all other countries Levan Gvaliia Kyoni is not responsible for the customs duty and the customs clearance fee. You may be charged custom fees for something purchased online.
